How will we define the scope?
Adding JavaScript to a website does not connect orders, inventory or a database by itself. Reading personal data and changing orders require separate integration and customer verification. Shoptet installations typically use HTML code settings in the admin interface.

Do I need WordPress?
No. A script can embed the widget on many websites. We check the installation options for your specific system.
Can you install it through FTP or SSH?
For supported websites, we can prepare file changes, backups and installation. On closed platforms, we use the administration interface or an approved integration.
Can I run the Web Assistant for free right away?
Registration and adding an agent to your library are free. Running built-in AI agents is currently restricted to the operator’s private pilot. Adding an agent to your library does not enable runs. We build custom AI solutions for your business after agreeing the scope and price.
Will visitors know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The conversation can feel natural without form-style buttons, but we make the assistant’s identity clear.
